From left field

A trawl through the web (firmly grounded in vanity and boredom) yielded the discovery that the tracks from the first full-lengther released by my long defunct group, The Fellow Americans, are available on YouTube, apparently courtesy of the site's automated "video discovery system". YouTube's automated system had created a channel for session musician Malcolm McNab, under which the videos can be found. The correlation between a musician who has worked with Spielberg and Zappa, and a mediocre garage rock band hailing from north Texas? CDBaby, it seems, as both of us have products on the site that we're peddling (which, admittedly, I have forgotten about). Technology can make strange bedfellows...
